Types of information and the collection process:

Currently information about our clients is obtained only through a user-submitted form on our contact page. The types of information we collect from the form are the following; name of the client, business name, telephone number, business address, residential address, and e-mail address. Khayat Consulting will not collect and/or retain information regarding children under the age of 18, employment opportunities, and financial information (e.g. credit card information, checking account number(s)) about our clients. Currently we do not collect information from website viewers through the use of IP addresses or cookies (which are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive). The information collected from our user-submitted form is used only by Khayat Consulting for our "continuous improvement program" and will not be provided to any third party. Your personal information is our number one concern and we consider your information to be private and confidential.

Security:

At Khayat Consulting numerous security measures are in place in order to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only management has access to your personal information and will treat your information as confidential. Khayat Consulting cannot guarantee the unauthorized use of your personal information.

We may provide links to third-party web sites as a service to our clients however, please be aware of the fact that we cannot control and cannot be held liable for the information collection processes of third-party web sites. We do encourage you to view the Privacy Policy of the third-party websites before providing them with information.

Access to personal information:

To access your personal information please contact our customer service department (look under "contact" for their email address). In your email to the customer service department please send your client identification number and you will receive a reply with a URL to a secure site on Khayat Consulting where you can change, correct, update, and/or delete your personal information.

Changes to Privacy Policy:

Khayat Consulting reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and we will alert you to such changes by updating the Privacy Policy.
