1. Affiliate's: Khayat Consulting cannot be held liable or responsible for any of our affiliates' action(s) including but not limited to; server performance, collection of personal information, etc. Please read Khayat Consulting's Privacy Policy for more information.
2. Partial Billing: The "Website Development Fee" stated for each of the following packages: "Standard Package," "Silver Business Package," and "Gold Business Package" is only applied "in full" during the first month after signing the agreement. During the second month through the expiration date of the agreement the "Website Development Fee" will only represent the fee Khayat Consulting (KC) will charge our client's for requesting additional services (i.e. KC Quarterly Report) during a specified month. The monthly fee (if applicable) is calculated by the following (but not limited to); how many modifications (i.e. altering content, changes to site layout, changes to the navigation bar), additions (i.e. chat room), or subtractions (i.e. eliminating a web page) are made to the client's site within a specified month. The charges are applied only when a client requests an additional service for a specified month from Khayat Consulting. If a client does not request an additional service for a specified month then a $15.00 monthly maintenance fee will apply. The amounts charged per month are accessed by Khayat Consulting and are not subject to negotiation. 3. Additional Web Page: For each package listed above there is a set amount of webpage's, Khayat Consulting will create. For additional web pages there is an additional fee added onto the maintenance cost. The following list summarizes the cost of adding web pages to our client's website:
   1. Standard Service Package:
      1. Up to 5 Additional Web Pages - $10.00/Web Page.
   2. Silver Business Package:
      1. Up to 5 Additional Web Pages - $10.00/Web Page.
   3. Gold Business Package:
      1. Up to 5 Additional Web Pages - $10.00/Web Page.
   4. Note: If a client requests more than 5 web pages Khayat Consulting will charge accordingly. For a price quote please contact our customer service department at the email address or telephone number provided below.
4. Monthly Maintenance: A monthly maintenance fee starting at $15.00 will be applied to the following website development packages: "Standard Package," "Silver Business Package," and the "Gold Business Package." 
5. All prices (including but not limited to: maintenance fees, additional web page fees, domain name registration fees, account setup fees, and quarterly report fees) are subject to change without notification.
6. KC: Quarterly Report: Quarterly Reports are sent only to business client's via email in (.pdf) format, unless otherwise stated by our clients. The reports will contain information regarding the following: (but not limited to)
   1. Consumer Demand Forecast's for our client's services and/or products,
   2. New Customer Retention Strategies,
   3. New Marketing Strategies, and
   4. Local Analysis of competitor's.
   To receive a copy of your KC Quarterly Report please call or email our customer service department within three days after the close of the contract. After three days client's will no longer be eligible to receive the quarterly reports. The quarterly report's are sent one week prior to the end of every fourth month, depending on the time period of the client's contract. (Note: Clients will be able to check the date of their next quarterly report by logging in to their account). Additional comments are provided below;
   1. Note: Khayat Consulting (KC) cannot be held liable for late delivery of the quarterly reports. In addition, there is a charge calculated by KC for providing quarterly reports, please call or email our customer service department to receive a price quote.
   2. The "KC Quarterly Reports" service is only available with the following website development packages: "Silver Business Package" and the "Gold Business Package"
7. Before Khayat Consulting can begin developing a website, client's must first pay, in full, the entire cost of our service offerings at the time the contract is signed, whether in a "physical setting," over a "digital" medium, or over the phone.
   1. Note: The contract signed between you and Khayat Consulting is a legal binding contract.
   2. Note: All phone calls to Khayat Consulting are monitored and recorded only for the purpose of our Continuous Improvement Team (CIT). If you are calling to finalize your purchase of one of our three website service packages a recording will be archived for our records upon the close of the contract agreement/sale.
   3. Note: All sales are final, there are no money back guarantees on any of the services  provided by Khayat Consulting.
